After a couple of days in Dijon, France we set on our next adventure to Nice, France where their beaches are the most rocky in the world. Nice is a wonderful French Riveria city, and a popular destination for couples, honeymooners, and sun-worshipers. It's also known for it's french cuisine.
When we arrived, we took a bus to see our good friends named Anthony and Brandon. They are roomates and really, really good friends. Kiana and I have known them since high school. It turns out that they payed attention in our cooking class because they are now excellent cooks. They prepared Quiche au Saumon et Crevettes (Salmon and Shrimp Quiche). It was new and delicious at the same time. After dinner we tasted a divine Merlot wine, and to finish the night off we went on a Gondola Ride. =)
Kiana's Tips: #2 Get to know everyone, that way you can learn the ways of cooking from everybody.
